Buckthorne Inc. is a property management company located in Mason, Michigan. Buckthorne Inc was established in 2001 by Traci Nye. Traci was working at a well-known insurance company in the Real Estate Development and Acquisition Department. In her position she worked directly under the Vice President and Department Manager overseeing large scale development projects, including condominium associations around the state. It was there that she observed the very real need for quality property management services, specifically condominium associations and HOAs, in the Greater Lansing Area.

Buckthorne Inc. was created specifically to meet that need. We specialize in condominium association and single-family homeowners' association management and have spent the last 20+ years working tirelessly to serve our customers and ensure their continued success. We strive to provide the best service possible by working collaboratively with each association set short-term and long-term goal and ensure our associations are meeting those goals. Our highly dedicated staff has a combined 47 years of management experience and is ready to serve your association.
